Our ability to negotiate exclusivity is on a case-by-case basis, which is ultimately determined by the client. 


The (Talent Agreement) outlines Exclusivity, which may vary by campaign. The specific brand, category, and/or retailer will also be explicitly listed in the Exhibit of the contract (Talent Agreement). 


Our standard campaign exclusivity is for three (3) weeks before the start of the Campaign and three (3) weeks following the Campaign's end. You may attempt to negotiate the exclusivity, but it may affect your eligibility to participate in a campaign or make you less competitive compared to other creators.
