All content that a creator posts requires clear and conspicuous disclosures when promoting products or services, including paid partnerships, sponsorships, commissions, or receiving free products. This ensures transparency and avoids deceptive practices. 

Disclosures should be clear and easy to understand, using simple language like "#ad," "#sponsored," or "Paid partnership with [Brand]".


Platform-Specific Considerations:

Instagram: Disclosures should be placed above the "more" button in captions and superimposed on Instagram Stories. 

YouTube: Disclosures should be both verbal and visual at the beginning of videos. 

TikTok: Disclosures should be immediately noticeable.
